I have a one month old 42PDL7906K which randomly resets (no screen, no audio, no ambilight) while watching TV, sometimes for few seconds, sometimes for just one second.
The TV is connected to a HD SAT Receiver.

The problem happens also while trying to search terrestrial channels, after the "reset" I have to start the procedure again.
Result? I'm not able to complete the channels search procedure.

Philips asked me to update the software twice with no results, then finally the mother board has been replaced two days ago, But after a day the problem showed again.

Philips keep telling me to update the software and I keep telling them that is not my problem to update anything, and by the way the software is updated.

What the h.e.l.l.?

If I buy a TV, I want to switch it on and enjoy my favorite show.
I don't want to spend my time updating the software or dealing with the Philips support.

THIS IS INSANE!

Will never buy a Philips product again.
