    Disc tray remains open on my micro Hi-Fi MCM394 and system doesn't work

    I don't know what I did, but the disc tray remains open and when I press the open/close botton it doesn't go back in place. Besides that, on the display it says ECO POWER permanently, and the system does not work, it is blocked. If I plug it off and on again, it continues in the same way. If I push the tray manualy it goes in but inmediatly opens again. What is the problem, and what can I do?

    I'm sorry to hear that your Micro Hi-Fi system is not responding to your commands, unfortunately it appears that you have already tried all of the troubleshooting tips we can provide via the forum .

    In this case I would strongly recommend contacting you local Philips Consumer Care Centre to discuss the next steps.
