inserting the USB key to activate the 3D doesn't work

    Hello,

I try to install the 3D on my TV 40PFL9705H. After connecting the sensor, I insert the USB key. Unfortunately, nothing happens. No files on the device.
Does that mean that everything is installed? However, the 3D image appears offset from really.
Would you have a solution to force the installation?

    hi thomdesch,

Just to detail a little bit more: the reason why the TV shows no files when you plug in the USB that comes with PTA02 is probably because you already have a newer version installed. The sw on the USB has nothing special regarding 3D, it's simply the minimum sw version your TV needs to recognize the accesory.

How to check it was properly installed: Press the "Experience" / Adjust button on your RC and if you see two options: "3D format" and "2D/3D" then the accesory has been installed

    Regards,
