    BDP 5180/12 unknow disc error

    Hi!

    I have a playing problem for this new bluray disc:

    Title Blu-ray disc: Harry Potter and the deathly hallows Part 2 - Special Features disc
    EAN: 5996514009224
    Device: BDP5180/12
    SW version: V1.54

    Error message: Unknown disk.

    The device not recognize the disc.
    The disk is new and dust free and has no scratches.
    Other Blu ray discs plays fine.
    When will be the new firmware release for BDP5180/12, what solve this problem?

    If you use the search function of the forum, you can also find out, that HP part 7.2 seems to have more than one problem ;-)
