Help: "Completed syncing device with error"
Hello,
I have GoGear Vibe 8GB SA2VBE08K/02
My device has the latest version of its firmware (2.31), and I have downloaded to my PC the latest version of philips songbird (2.5.1).
When I'm trying to sync and transfer the songs files from my PC to my device, by using philips songbird, I'm getting al the time the following note: "Completed syncing device with error"
What should I do to fix it? Pls help me, since it's very frustrating!
Thanks!

i have some questions
1) are you sure you are downloading the Songbird for vibe 2? i mean are you downloading from the support page of vibe 2?
2) can you advise the exact steps you have syncing songs?

Troubles with syncing songs from my PC to my player
Dear kwinnie
First of all, thank you for your kuick reply.
Regarding your questions:
1) Yes, I think I did. I have downloaded it from here: http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/d...n=SA2VBE08K/02
2) The exact steps I've doing for syncing the songs are as follows:
Connecting the player to PC using a USB cable
Launching Songbird
Clicking on “Auto” button
Selecting all the playlists I wish to transfer to my player
Clicking on “Sync” button
Then the synchronization begins, and when it is finished, the message of "Completed syncing device with error" usually appears.
On the other hand, the message of “Completed syncing device” did appeared one time, but in this time the transferring didn't include all the songs, but only part of the songs, although all the songs are made of the same format (mp3) and are coming from the same library on my PC! Meaning, my player has only part of the songs listed in my songbird!
What should I do?
