Problem with picture format with 32PFL4606H

Hello
I bought this tv before a week, and i can't put(choose) the wright picture format.
I try everything, when i put "auto fill" the tv changes the format every 30 second even if i don't change the channel.
When I choose "Movie expand" tv makes zoom. when I choose "Wide screen" tv makes a little zoom, but i can see this when i have a text in the bottom of the screen I don't the the bottom of the words.

In my Digital converter i put 16:9 in settings, so i am sure that I don't have a problem with converter, because before i have another tv and there is no problem at all with format.

And one more thing- i know other guys with this problem that have 4606, and they also don't know what to do
I am very disappointing by Philips , I though that this is very serious company

which firmware is installed? Please check webpage, if you have installed the latest version!
