BDP 3200 / 12 Mediaplayer is not detecting 24Hz/24p/ Sources. Plays 60 HZ instead

    The BDP 3200 / 12 Mediaplayer ( European ) is not detecting 24p/24HZ Sources like Xvid,MKV, Mp4 accurate.

It plays 60 HZ NTSC instead alltime no matter what source it is.

I use several Mediaplayers like the Xtreamer Sidewinder 2 and the WDTV Live HD ( FW 1.04.22 ) who all detect if a Source has 24 HZNTSC / 24p H264, 50 HZ PAL, 60 HZ NTSC "autmatically" and also displays
such Framerate/ Refreshrates flawless on the TVs i have.

Those are 2x LG32 LE 5300 edged LED TVS using HDMI.

Whatever i feed the BDP 3200 / 12 FW 1.66 Mediaplayer with having 23,9xx Frames NTSC or 24 P H264 it plays at 60 HZ NTSC which looks horrible wrong and stutters like hell. It does wrong from USB and also if i copy MKV, Xvid,MP4 to a Data DVD.

Working is the DVD / Blu Ray Playback.
Here it detects the 50Hz Pal /60Hz NTSC /24 Hz Blu Rays flawless alltime and also on the TV the accurate Framerate is displayed/played without any stutters.

I have all Video settings to HDMI AUTO.

Even if i change to 1080p/24 HZ manually in the Video Settings the Philips Menu then shows 24p on my TV first Place .

Once i play any 24Hz Media if Xvid or 24p H264 MKV / MP4 it still plays with 60 HZ which is entirely wrong.
If i then stop the Playback the Dsiplay is also showing at 60 Hz until i power off on again.

My TV sure supports 24p and even my old Philips "DVD" PLayer plays Xvid 24 HZSources flawless and autodetects
it alltime if i switch from 29,x Frames Vob to 23,9x Frames Xvid back to 25 Frames and so on.

All Sources i have tested are accurate made 25 HZ, or 24Hz Sources which all other Mediaplayers detect like a charm.
I also tried different cables and different HDMI Ports without any changes.

I also did Factory Resets without any changes.
