Great news, my dad loves his MCi900 even more now. Just a question, as a Spotify user on my computer, I can listen to the radio function in Spotify, or the Artist Radio. This is not possible yet through the MCi900 at the moment, or did I miss an option somewhere? Thanks in advance.

I've updated to the latest firmware but the option for "Online Music Service" is nowhere to be seen in the Menu and thus can't find any trace of Spotift. I have a Spotify Premium. Any suggestions on whats gone wrong?

Hi
In which country are you using the mCi 900?
After FW upgrade you need to enter internet radio once & then go back to home screen. Then you will see online services. Pls try.

I'm in Guernsey, which is officially part of Britain but routinely gets excluded and geoblocked incorrectly. That's probably the reason why I haven't got the the right update. I wonder who in the Phillips hierarchy I have to approach to get this sorted?

Hi
hmm. Looks like this could indeed be the reason. I am sure within a couple of days Philips should be able to solve your problem. Should be easy.

Dear jdrgbr,
We have already enabled Spotify service for your region. Please follow the below steps to check its availability:
1) Go to any of the internet radio
2) Go back to your home screen
3) Select online services
4) You will then see Spotify under online services
Let us know if this works for you.
Kind regards,

Hi,
I've done all that numerous times since updating the firmware. I still don't have an option for Online services on the home screen. I have HDD, Disc, Media Library, Aux, Settings, FM radio, Internet Radio, Now Playing and nothing else.
