Tengo el mismo prblema que tu no se si te ha solucionado o sigue igual, mi televisor solo tiene un mes y desde ayer me aparece que el smart tv no va.... se soluciono tu problema o sigues sin smart tv???

Despues de llevarse el televisor, tres veces¡¡¡
Cambiar la tarjeta de control etc....
Te estoy hablando de un proceso de mas de 4 meses....
Finalmente el SMART TV sigue sin funcionar, he desistido de reclamar mas...
Lo que tengo muy claro es que la próxima TV que compre no será Philips...
