Just purchased the second Harry Potter & Deathly Hallows blu ray.

The film 'jumps' a little throughout play and when I put in the Special Features disc, my player says 'Disc not recognised'.

I bought this player (BDP3100 - not sure which one 05 or 12) in August and every blu ray disc I've bought plays fine.

Can anyone help please?
