usb subtitles problem 32pfl3606H/58
i bought the tv 3000 series 32pfl3606H/58 2011model and when i plugged my usb to watch a movie does not show the subtitles,its 2011 model,please if anyone can help me!!!is there any software is anything else?otherwise if there is no solution i think i've done the biggest mistake to bye philiphs and if is a matter of software WHY you dont make one philips??dont think its so hard, plus you will keep your costumers happy and not unhappy.for the moment i'm very disapointed had to spent my money for this,without external subtitles which is must in our days!!

Hi,
it's only a feature of the higher TV series (beginning of 6000, I think)... And you can already find here in the forum an answer by Philips, that at the moment there are no intentions to change that... The 3000 series is the lowest one. So, please don't expect all features of the other one in this model.

well, you have bought a TV of the lowest Series (there is no 2000 or 1000 Series...) and yon 32" there are only 2 lower TVs available, so yes this is one of the lowest products... but... there is a reason why you bought this TV and not a 6606 which is the lowest TV with USB Subtitles.... right?

really cant get you philips people,you are asking me why i didnt get 6606 or if you make a software of external subtitles will cover all the features of the rest of your products!!negative marketing for me probably the correct for you!!OUR MONEY keep philips alive and the best commercial is OUR OPINION for you philips!!
