    same problem here.
    40PFL9715 no NetTv, Internet EPG, HbbTv a couple of weeks.
    Is there a new software, the NetTv support gave me a link to a file to download, but it doesn't work.

    Please help.

    my 40PFL9715/K02 still can't connect to Net TV. I heart that there is a new Firmware Q5551_0.9.25.0. How can I get this?

    Installed newest firmware, still no connection

    I've tested the Firmware 9.25, the NetTv is running with that Firmware, but afeter installing the 9.25 I had a very bad sound. So I hope there will be a Firmware with the NetTv feature from the 9.25 and the sound settings from 9.22 ;-))

    I have noticed the same after installing the firmware 9.25 I've got from Mark on my 40pfl9715/k. NetTv is OK, but realy bad sound-quality. Tried everything out, but didn't help. Hope that there will be new software to fix this, again.

    Don't contact the repair center :
    1) Downgrade to FW 140.34
    2) Upgrade to FW 140.40
    3) Upgrade to FW 140.46

    Just to follow-up on my earlier posting.
    Yesterday my TV was returned from the Philips Service Centre.
    Seems they have replaced the mainboard (?).
    Anyhow NetTV is working again!

    The very same here, same TV, same SW, approximately the same timeframe it has stopped working.

    It's very frustrating that all the users need to seek help in the support forums for an apparently very well known problem. Philips should have communicated openly and not go for a silence.

    Anyway, I have sent my MAC address to Mark and am hoping for a quick resolution.
