    introduction!

    Hello,
    i recently purchased the mediaplayer HMP 5000/12, it worked well for one day, then i updated the software and now i get the message "invalid HDMI key"
    what has gone wrong , who can help
    await yr replies

    i have called service , they were supposed to call back ,now waiting almost full week,
    sad thing when a new machine doesn't work after update .
    anyone else knows about invalid HDMI key???
