    any firmware for HTS3560 upgrade to watch TS file?, just want to know whether it is possible to do that.

    Hi,

    try to rename the file to *.mkv - sometimes this works... (if the TS contains supported codecs... - see supported codecs thread).

    I had change .ts to .mkv but seen like the file cannot play correctly....

    If the file is in MKV now and still does not work then maybe you can share the media info or the file..
