Firmware update for 9715 models more than overdue

Latest firmware update for this TV, Q5551_0.9.22.0, distributed in 2011 as a intermediate model between 2010 and 2011 TV sets is from June/July 2011.

An update is overdue !

As a customer with three 9715 within my family i feel a bit discriminated.

Hope that Philips doesn't skip customer care for the intermediate models. Paid a lot of money for them because they came from a much higher price level down to the 2011 models.

why do you want an Update? somethings not gone work?

And 9715 is clearly based on 2010 TV platform. Multiple issues have to be resolved within warranty time.

From my point of view at least an update with current state of DVB-T per country would be great (look at http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...lem-on-FW-9.22 )
Poland has DVB-T but getting it to work requires to select Finland when scannig for channels.
