Player shut down to clock

Hello,

i have following problem. After a few hours the player switches from actual listened channel down to clock ( standby).
If i will restart the internetradio i receive following message: no server available.
I can only reset W-Lan settings and than i have no problems to listen internetradio.
Next day i have the same problem.

What could this be?
I have connected the player with a fritzbox W-Lan-router and a fritz repeater. Signal was very good and no interrupts from the routers site.

You have the latest FW installed? Does this happen every day? I could understand that if there is maybe an outage that something might happen but still strange.

Hi, yes all is actual. It happens every day.
it happens every 3-4 hours

pls check whether yr fritzbox goes in power saving mode... then all this will happen.

Hi,

in our Fritzbox is no powersave activated, because 4 computers are running approx. 24 hours with W-Lan connection. Also our TV, Sat-Receiver are connected to the Fritzbox.

I don´t think that the Fritzbox is the rootcause.
Anyway the NP 3500 is on the way to the distributor
