    update for MKV files

    I have a tv model 42PFL5604H/12 and i can't open MKV files from an external HDD. Is it posible to download an update version to open these files? Or what's your suggestion?

    do you problem with all mkv files or just some with dts sound becuse philips tvs dont suport dts dos your tv suport ply back of mkv?

    yes, i have with alls files mkv, it doesn't ply mkv files
