Still reboot with latest firmware ( V1.20.149 )
Hi,
I expected the bugs were gone ...
But just now, switching from FM Radio to Internet radio caused a reboot
Cheers.

Hi,
And after about 2 hours you can't mute, turn up/down the volume or use the remote.
What's the plan Philips, making the device totally useless?
I'm done with Philips and their beta products

The same happens here, it's not worse than before (apparently) but all the problems are still there. In fact I'm wondering if there's a change log somewhere because the device acts exactly the same as before (no added features neither). Thank you for trying Philips but please try again...

Hi All,
As you might have seen I have added the release notes yesterday.
I see the issues that you are facing and we keep track of them. As always no promises can be made.

Callback all MCI298 devices!
When we as customers bought the MCI298 we payed for a product with features that you sold us! Now over more then one year, we (Phlips customers) , complain about the prommisses Philips made to and are not met by Philips. And what des Remko on behave of Philps say:

Then take this worthless equipment back and give us our money back!
When you sold the MCI298 you promised us a good functioning streamium player, after more then one year non of the software problems is solved!! It is even worse!!
Someone within Philips has to take responsibility for the problems with this product and make sure that Philips keeps it's prommis made on the moment it sold us the MCI298!!!!!!
PS. I also have a NP3900 and the software on this device functions properly, so the problem is not a lack of missing software functionality within Philips, no the product team is not capable of applying existing software functionality on this product!
So Philips again if you cant fix it, call back all MCI298 products exchange them for newer products that function or give people their money back and show that it is safe, sense and simple to buy Philips products!
