Source disappeared from AV Menu (HDMI, Ext 2....)

Hi,
Some weeks ago, the AV source menu removed Ext 2 from the display list. Now it has also removed HDMI1 and HDMI2 and cannot connect my apple TV.

Could you please let me know how to enable the sources again?

You may wonder, why nobody is answering your Question.
To be able to help you we do need to know which TV you use, which Firmware is installed, what is connected to the TV etc.

Hello, I have same issue with my new TV bought last week Model : 42PFL3506H/12, Firmeware TPM61E 2.20, PQ V0.07 110808.
I tryed install my console game WII, and the TV has never recognised it, (probaly I selected the bad RGB connector). I try with the second RGB connector from the list, but not recognised too ! But now I can't see these connectors in the list !
How re-find these connectors in this list ?

Hi

all connections which are in use (meaning, there is already a device in the home menu) disappear from the lost.
so to get the connection back to the list you have to delete the device first from the home menu.
