DS1210 no sound.

When i plug my phone into the dock it registers as charging but when i try to play music the phone thinks it is playing but no sound comes from the speaker. I tried plugging several different devices in with no luck, any ideas?

Sorry to hear this. Can I please firstly ask the following:
* What iPhone do you have?
* Are you able to test another Apple device in the dock such as an iPod without the same issue?
* Please make sure all other apps are closed (not running in background) when you dock your speaker.

It's an iPhone 3GS but I have also tried it with two seperate iPhone 4 and an iPad with no luck. I also tried closing all apps aswell as restarting the phone.

Unfortunately, as you have tried it with different Apple devices with no change I would suggest getting in contact with your local Irish customer support team.
