    Hi,

please indicate the exact TV model and the installed firmware.

Then please post the video resolutions which work and which don't.

    37PFL4606H/58, firmware TPM71E 2.18,
So I have WD elements play, and when i play video from it i can acces aspect ratio menu, and all other stuff.
But when I play movie from USB, i only can change color settings, but not aspect ratio... and that doesn't make sense, since it is 2011 TV, and I could do that on my old Sony Bravia from 2006... Confused

    Hi,

the aspect ratio will be read directly from the movie file...

That's the reason why I ask for some RESOLUTIONS where it does work and where it don't!
