    newbie needs help

    I have a gogear mix sa3m series and am having trouble putting music on it. The conversion is extremely slow and just a couple of dozen songs fills the players space. Anyone have any solutions?
    OK I've uninstalled songbird and reinstalled. This version looks completely different. I imported Itunes and when I drag songs to device nothing happens.??????

    the speed of conversion depends on the size of ur collection.
    it might takes some time indeed.
    for mix, does it support songbird... there are different versions of mix 3... some support some doesnt

    u hv to refer to the information on the package box
