Songbird Recognizes ViBE, but Converter and Device Manager does not recognize it.
Just as the Title Says, it does not recognize the MP4 Player, but strangely enough, Songbird recognizes it.
please help me!!!!

EDIT 1: Here is my computer's specs if you need it, my model number is in the tags:
Computer Manufacturer: Toshiba
Computer OS: Windows 7
RAM: 2 GB

Hi ARazgriz25,
Have you tried performing a soft reset on your player at all - just press the small reset button with a pen nib or pin.
If you still have problems can you please let me know your model number too please? Thanks!
