    WAC7000/12 ejects CDs

    My Wireless Music Center will suddenly not accept any CDs. As soon as the CD goes down, it is ejected again. There is nothing wrong with the CDs. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

    Hi there,

    Is there a message displayed on the screen when you insert the CD?

    Unfortunately the CD drives fitted to WAC700/WAC7000/WAC7500 Streamiums always seem to be failing.

    The CD unit is replaceable/fixable. Some people (including me) have managed to fix/replace the CD units on a Streamium. But if you are not happy to tackle it yourself then you will need to take it to a service centre.

    Before you do so it might be worth using a lens cleaning CD just in case the lens on the CD drive is dirty.
