HTS 7140 - problems playing Star Wars blu ray discs

    Hi there.
    I have a Soundbar HTS7140 / 12
    System SW: 44.02
    Subsystem SW:41-00-00-04

I just got the brand new Star Wars original trilogy on blu Ray but my HTS 7140 is having problems playing them.
The video and audio stutters or freezes in parts of the film, like the title opening credits and throughout the film.

I saw that there may be an issue with some Blu Ray players with some new films, like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings etc.

Any suggestions or help you can assist me with?

    Many thanks in advance,
    ruddinn

    Hi ruddinn,

Please upgrade your firmware first since you do not have the latest installed.

    Good luck
