New issue on my 47pfl4606h/12 please help

Happy new year to all.
Today i've a new inspiegable issue on my 47pfl4606h/12 tv.
From today the tv don't save setting when i turn off the tv (standby mode). I don't know why!!
and when i turn off the tv it don't turn on with the power button on my remote, i must press another button like ch+ or home to turn on the television.
I've the latest firmware 2.18 an i tried already to do the firmware upgrade with the same firmware 2.18.
The tv is in Home mode
I tried to totally turn off the tv (disconnected from the power line) and tried to use default settings.
What can i do ? the tv is broken ?
