BDP9500 12 does not recognize my HDD
I just bought a BDP 9500 after having quite positive experience with my BDP 7500... Now the old one is at my parents, and I faced that the 9500 does not recognize the same HDD as the 7500 does. Why is this difference? Can I solve the problem somehow? Thank You for support

Hi,
this could be due to a unsupported format of you HDD. I think in this model NTFS is NOT supported.

Hy, Toengel,
Yes, You may have right, BUT as I highlighted, same HDD is supported by a much lower price blue ray playeer, also Philips, BDP7500... In my simple understanding, if I buy something more expensive, a higher category, it should "know" more...
basicly, the software (or chipset or I don't really understand what causes my problem) is worst than on a cheaper product, only the "outfit" is better? I cannot belive this...there should be an other explanation...
can anybody suppport?
