    dcm580 cd loading hanging

    Hi i have recently purchased a dcm580, all was working well for the last week until i tried a CD for the first time today. The display panel states "loading" and the blue light on the front flashes. The cd will not play,eject and is effectively stuck in the machine. The rest of the unit is still functioning but the cd is jammed. This is really annoying on a brand new unit, anyone got any ideas how to resolve this issue. Advice greatly appreciated.
