Yup... once more mkv playback issue ... no DTS.

    Hi guys,

I'll post two outputs of MKV info. Both files have two audio tracks, which are both AC3. However, only the fist video will be played back with sound. I have no clue why. If I remove the second audio track from the second video, it will play back sound. As I would not want to delete all english tracks from by tv series, I'd like to know how to make all mkvs play back with two sound tracks. Thanks for your insights!

    Hello Thomas,

it is the 40pfl8605H/12 with the latest firmware. Actually, it happened with all firmwares so far. Files are played over Network from a NAS storage.

    Regards,

    Carsten

    Hi

there is a huge difference on the used mkvmerge version between video 1:
mkvmerge v4.3.0 ('Escape from the Island')
    and Video 2:
mkvmerge v4.3.0 ('Escape from the Island')

I can only to use the older mkvmerge version to create the 2nd file again and test it.

    Regards
    Thomas
