Unhappy Music with noise while bluetooth connection of my SONY Z1 to Fidelio E5

Hi. I am experiencing some big problems with my bluetooth device.
There is no problem connecting to the speakers with my notebook, but when I try to play music with Sony Z1 phone, I get noise sound only.

I searched on the forum and found that it is your bluetooth module problem, when can i get the fix in Hong Kong?

One reason I bought the speakers was the bluetooth connectivity with my phone!

I'm experiencing the same problem with (almost) the same phone.

I own a Sony Xperia Z1 compact. When connecting it to the Fidelio E5 all goes well. But when I want to stream some music I'm only hearing a strange noise. When I pair my Nexus 9 tablet the same music sounds great!

I'm assuming the problem is the BT profile it uses.
    Haven't found a solution yet

    Hello Users,

    Thank you for your post.

This is most probably caused by fault in the bluetooth module. To resolve this, the BT module, NFC tag and housing of left speaker need to be changed.

Please contact local repair shop or Philips dealer.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

Today I've contacted Philips (the Netherlands) and explained my problem with streaming music.

They refused to believe that the problem is caused by the BT module. They say that the problem is caused by my Xperia Z1 phone because my Nexus 9 tablet is working just fine with the BT module.

Tommorow I wil return to the shop where I bought the Fidelio. I know they have a set displayed there and I will try to connect my phone to it. Will report back later.

I have tried on the displayed in the shop in Hong Kong and it won't work with my Xperia Z1. This series is not compatible with SONY mobile phone definitely. We can't do anything unless sending it back to Philip confirm to change the BT module.

I have contacted Philip Hotline in Hong Kong and they replied me that there is no solution still. How can i fix it if Philip HONG KONG cannot help!?

    Dear Rafal,

I have contacted Hong Kong service centre and they replied me that Philip is still communicating with SONY to work for a solution. Why the information is so different with you??

    Rafal,

Please mark this as "not yet have solution" instead!
I have waited for the news from Philip Hong Kong for more than a month and did not get any calls for the updates.
Really disappoint on this BT module.
