    help, hts 3530 mic no respon

    I have hts 3530/98 about a week ago, but when i connect mic in the unit, this product not respon any way, so function for karaoke not working. Whats the problem?

    so the mic is working on other devices just not this 3530?

    mic normal for other devices, only on 3530 not work

    am not sure if you already go through these steps:

    Toggles through various karaoke options. key at the bottom left corner.
    [Mic Off]/[Mic On] – Press to turn on or off the microphone output. left right keys.
