Soun delay in BDP7600/51
Hello. Sorry for my poor English, I hope you can understand me.
My player BDP7600/51 is connected to TV vith HDMI and to 5.1 system vith 6 analog cables. I have a problem that a sound is delayed (if I listen both TV speakers and 5.1 speakers, I can hear an echo). If I connect player vith analog video cable, this problem disappears, but the quality of the picture is worse than when connect via HDMI. If I use HDMI for both video and audio output, the problem also disapperars, but I'd like to have 5.1 sound. Firmware - 1.35. This problem appears regardless of whether I use USB, LAN or CD, avi 1.37 Gb or BDRemux 20 GB. What should I do? Thank you.

totally understand.
bdp7600 <---HDMI-----> tv <----analog----->5.1 system >> audio delay
bdp7600 <---analog----> tv <----analog----->5.1 system >> OK, video not good
bdp7600 <---HDMI---- > tv 5.1 system >> OK, no 5.1
since 7600 there no audio sync adjustment, if to resolve this, there shud be audio sync through tv.
is there any options like this?

That's right. I think, if I buy good analog video cable, the picture will become good, but I'm not sure about this.
I don't totally understand, you mean I have to find audio settings on my TV (LG 42LDK530)? I want that TV was not used for audio output, but in any case there is no such adjustments (or maybe I didn't find it). If there were video delay settings, the problem would be solved.
And I discovered, than on some movies audio delay longer, on another - shorter, but it still there.

let me try explain more

bdp7600 <---HDMI-----> tv <----analog----->5.1 system >> audio delay
you have audio delay because the signal get through to the analog cable will be of a slower processing speed when compared to that of the HDMI cable. you can imagine in a way that the analog cable may of more resistance.
so why there are some delay that are longer, some are shorter: it depends on the file itself, if the file contains more data that to be processed, then it will have a longer delay. Say for example, HD MKV file/ Blu-ray disc may have a longer delay than that of DVD/lower resolution media files.
what s audio sync option. it s an option to adjust the audio delay. so if you hv this option, you can delay the audio in miniseconds, so the lip sync problem will not be available. since this option is only seen in a high end model-BDP9600, and not ur BDP7600, if you wud like to get rid of the lip sync problem, you may hv to see if your TV has this feature...

Best solution if TV supports digital passthrough:
BDP-<hdmi>-TV-<digital coax or optical>-Receiver
If 5.1 passes thruogh lip sync must be set in TV (best) or receiver
plan b:
BDP-<hdmi>-TV for picture and BDP-<digital coax or optical>-Receiver
Lip sync must then be set in receiver, if possible, if not you must choose between best sound with audio delay, or use the tvs analog out, maybe headphones-output, and hope that ProLogic works fine
BTW there is no resistance causing delay in analogue cables!

But my speaker system doesn't have any coaxial or optical input, only 6 analog ones.
