    Thumbs down HMP700 login

    Hi

    I've just got this product and have set it up but it wont let me acess my media on my PC it askes for a net ID and login password and I have no idea what that is please advise or I'll take it back to the shop for a refund! also Argos state this gets BBC iplayer and it doesnt!

    We could still find a solution to this problem, though I am not sure if you already have it replaced or got a refund..
