Can't connect to the NET TV server
Hello,
Since a month I have problems with accessing the NET TV server. Still get the report that the server isn't available and that I should try again later.
My mac address is 18:8E: D5:09:28:90.
Software release: Q5551-0140250.
Type of TV: 40 PFL7605H/12.
Please help.

please update your TV to the latest firmware 140.46 (you have 140.25).

Hi,
no - you need to update via USB stick. Please, go to the Philips support website of your TV and download the instructions and the update file.
