Unable to Lock TV (secret code) - xxPFL7605H/12
Hi all,
the procedure reported in the user manual does not work.
It seems that it is possibile just to lock channels with parental control.
Could anyone confirm this possibility?
Happy new year to everyone.
P.S.: The TV already has the 000.140.046.000 firmware version.

Hello Thomas,
here below a sentence from the user manual (language EN page 29):
"To prevent children from watching TV, you can lock the TV or block age rated programmes."
I am interested in locking the TV (as I do with my xxPFL5604H/12).
The above mentioned user manual is labelled with "updated:20110912" and "Document order number 313913703595".
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards.

Hi
maybe you should think about what exactly you want and how you write it down.
Till now you only described that something, written in the manual, does not work.
But you did not mention what you want to do, what you expect the TV to do... exactly, in detail!
So before yelling you should think about what you write in here.
Regards

Dear Thomas,
I am interested in lock the TV: I expect that when somone switchs on the TV it could not be possibile to watch programs and other stuff until the "lock code" is entered with the remote command (as I successfully do with my xxPFL5604H/12).
If my description is not clear, please be patient and advice me instead of "ignore" my question.
Before yelling I sent a post asking if my question was clear (in addition consider that in my understanding the user manual is enough clear).
Thanks in advance for your attention and best regards.
P.S.: Have you ever read the user manual (at least the single page reported in my post)?Last edited by aleperer; 01-18-2012 at 06:56 AM.
