USB / Can't See Files
On my 5000 series LED tv when I plug in a USB key I can't see any files, I've encoded a load of test videos with Handbrake to see what works best (MP4 & MKV Files).
I can access the USB menu on screen but I don't see any movie files. I just get either empty folders or folders with long names made up of a string of letters and numbers.
I'm encoding my files on a Mac (os x 10.7.2) using handbrake, the USB key is formatted as FAT32.
Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

Hi
please reformat the USB Stick in MSDOS Format on your Mac and try it again.
Thanks

Can you see the videos on a windows/linux based PC? If you have access to one...
Is the file ending correct?

Thanks Smart - I can play the mkv files on a windows pc just fine, although the file extension isn't visible - I'll try adding that manually and see if there's any difference.
