    Question Philips 5.1 HTS3265/98

    I have a Philips 5.1 Home theater model# HTS3265/98 bought in India.
    The Power Specification is below:
    Power

    • Power supply: 120/230VAC, 50/60Hz
    • Standby power consumption: < 1 W
    • Power consumption: 100 W

I want to plug it in USA (120 VAC 60 HZ) and this should work.
I have one question as mentioned in Manual as
"A When all the connections are complete, set the voltage selector to the local power line voltage."

Where to find the voltage selector. Do I need to open the DVD player unit (as it has the power outlet).

    Appreciate your help

    Dear Customer,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Support Forum!

There is no voltage selector on your device and according to the specifications, it supports both voltages and switches automatically depending on the local power line voltage.

Do not hesitate to come back to us if you need more information.

    Regards,
    Ophélie
