TV shut downs during xbox 360 play

Hello

I'm getting really pissed off because everytime I play xbox 360 the Full hd led lcd from Philips turns off randomly which causes my xbox to restart and lose my gameplay.
It happened since day 1 i bought this handicapted tv and im starting to get pisses off about it.
I bought in Mediamarkt in the netherlands and I have 5 year warranty.
Can I call them and ask for a new model tv? because this one just completely sucks and i have paid more then 600euros for it.

what's your exact TV model? For 2011 TVs (beginning from 5806, 6000, ...), please update to the latest firmare 14.93 since the older firmwares had a bug that the TVs shut down after 2 hours. You need to update via USB stick...

If you know that, go to the support webpage of your TV and download the update and the update instructions.
