    Can`t update firmware

    Hi , i recently buy mp4 phillips GoGear Vibe (SA3VBE)
    Full product model : sa3vbe08k/97 and install phillips songbird, this software tell me about new firmware update 2.12 and say my player have 2.08 version, i can't update in any form the error message: error ...try to reconnect the device and try again... same error in 3 computers with windows xp .

    hmmmm, sometimes, since the firmware is in an online platform, it can hv some instability issue, does it work well now?
