No readable files

I have an 42PFL4307. I installed WiFi and connect to my home network. I can see my Zyxel NSA310 and my computer, but all i get is "geen leesbare bestanden" "no readable files" Pleas help

Could you please confirm to me the following:
1. What files are you trying to play?
2. What program are you using to view these files?
3. What software version is installed on your TV?

Thank you for your response.
Everything is working now, the problem were the rights to the NFS folder on
my Zyxel.
I have one other little problen though: each time I play a 3d (demo)file I
have to go to my video settings and activate 3d picture.

Thank you for your response.

Hi Anton.

Where are you playing this demo file from? If there is any external device (bluray, USB etc), going through the menu is the only way.
