i purchased my mediaplayer 31st december , and it worked 1 day , then i downloaded new firmware (while still connected to Philips TV 42PFL5405H) and on restart it calls for invalid HDMI key.

the player works with red/white/yellow plugs , but i want HDMI for better quality.

Philips cannot come up with new firmware , and sending a new player is taking them almost four weeks now

Sense and simplicity ????

all my media is Philips , i would expect some more service
