    HTS 9241/12 can't connect to Bravia 75XE9405

    Hi,

I'm trying to connect my new Bravia to my existing HTS9241/12 Sound Hub ,which I like a lot.
I linked them true HDMI ARC and sound came true the Sound Hub. using the Sony remote I can regulate the volume and switch off both together which is fine. As soon as I try to switch them on both start but looks like Bravia starts faster, waiting the Sound Hub for a while and then starts the TV speakers and switch off the Sound Hub.In order to use the together again I have to make the complete pairing procedure again which is really pity to do everytime. Please help. Thanks

    Hello nikolaimitev,

Welcome to the Philips Support Forum and thanks so much for reaching out to us about your home theater. In order to get the two to work you should be using the easylink feature of the home theater which on your Bravia should be called something like Bravia Link or Bravia Sync. Is this what you are using when you are referring to the pairing process?
So in a nutshell, you can’t turn them on, because the HTS will turn off after a few seconds right?

Looking forward to hearing from you again.
    Many regards,
    Philips - Katerina

Yes and TV speakers are activating
About the TV I'm using Bravia sync which is same as EasyLink - HDMI CEC regulation. I have latest FW 1.59 on Sound Hub and latest Android on the TV

Hello and thanks for the details.

I have a few more questions:
    -did you try another cable?
-did you try another HDMI port in the TV?
-are all the settings in home cinema and TV correct?
-Have you used the Home theatre with another TV?
-Has it ever worked fine? If it did has something changed in your setup?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Many regards,
    Philips - Katerina
