32/7606H NTFS won't open
hi everyone
i bought philips 32/7606H 2 days ago . now i have a movie in MKV Half SBS file and it's 6GB . so i must formatte my USB to NTFS. when i connect to me philips the file won't open
. and yes i have installed the last update .
i hope someone can help me .

hi,
probably the issue isn't the size or file format of the HDD. Does the MKV file have DTS audio track? yes: that's the problem. TV doesn't support this format and therefore shows that awkward message "File cannot be found or read".

it's really DTS audio. i hope i can convert to AC3.
