    Angry [HTB3580G] Home Theater System is stuck in "starting" mode

    I have been quite satisfied with the Philips HTB3580G Home thearter for One year until this week, the HTB3580G suddenly stopped working, and hangs in "starting" for hours when it is turned on!

    I left the sound bar disconnected from the mains for 3 days, but to no avail. Then, I reconnected it, and it is stuck in "starting" once again.

    If anyone has a suggestion, I would be delighted to hear it!

I am really happy to see you have enjoyed your device for such a long time so I think it is excellent that you decided to reach out to us now that you are encountering this issue.

    We have become aware of this situation and I have a question for you. What will happen if you disconnect it form the internet and keep it like so? Will it still be stuck in the startup mode?

    I look forward to hearing how this experiment of ours went.

    Hello,

    The problem was resolved when I disconnect it from the internet. I have reset the soft after that.

    Hello,

    There is a new firmware version available to download, please install it using USB but do not perform an online update. It would be great if you could let me know if you could go through performing it and if the device is up and running again after the update.
