BDP3200/12 picture tugs some blu rays

Hello from finland! I have same kind of problems than other users. Picture tugs some blu ray movies. I rented movie called abduction twice(different discs) and problem came out both of those discs. Everytime when camera moves horizontally it tugs very annoying. Tried every video settings and it still does that! then I tried Bdp5200/12 in my TV and it worked perfect.
I rented earlier another movie and it had the same problem. Most of blu rays works fine but its annoying when you rent a movie you can not be sure if it tugs or not!!! latest update was installed yesterday and it didn´t helped.

For those things they need the EAN codes and exact titles so it can be tested if possible and if they know the exact issue. Of course if you rent them only once then it is difficult.....
