    SA4VBE08 won't load playlists anymore

    I just tried to update my playlists, but the device won't load them. It loaded the song, but deleted the playlists I was trying to update.

    I need a few more details before I try and figure out why this occurred so can you tell me what windows version your computer has and how you tried to load them?

    Hi again,

    please excuse my lateness in replying, like a lot of you I have not been receiving notifications and became aware of your answer just now.

    Your player is not compatible with windows 10, meaning that we cannot guarantee it working as it should with windows 10. This is why you are having such issues with playlists. Did you know that you can make playlists on the go though? You can do so by:
    selecting or playing a song and pressing the three lines and selecting add to playlist, select one of your playlists on the go and select yes to confirm when asked by the player.
