Flashes at the back -37PFL9606H/12

3 time a week or more flashes our tv at the back .
It look like somebody makes a piture with a flash the colour is bright bleu /pink .
I made already a view phonecalls with the helpdesk , for them it is something the never heared before .

We think it is very stranger and it don't belong there .

Last week the power of the house was out for maintanange , and i turned the tv back on and it flashed immediatly

It is not the ambilight , that is off !!

any one else had this ?????

Hi jenny,

Many of us have experienced Ambilight Flashes while Playing 3D Games. This occurs even when the Ambilight function is turned off !!.

Hope you get to the bottom of this.

HI ,
If it happenss more i will call again , have told the problem 2 or 3 times , the don't now what it is . Yesterday we looked for more then an hour at the backside , notting to see .
I make a list for how manny times it happens , if it stay the have to send the mecanic .
I want a normal and good tv for my money , not with strange things
