    Unhappy Fidelio B5 no sound

    My Fidelio B5 suddenly stopped working, and the source I was using started to flash. so I tried to turn it off and on again, but now it won't work. the only thing that is happening is the small speakers that are connected to the main unit got red and orange flashing light

    Hi mbjerke,

    Welcome to the Philips Support forum, it's good to have you here with us. It's unfortunate to hear that it has stopped working. Do you know if there has been a power interruption of some sort?
    Have you tried to detach the small speakers, and disconnect the power supply for 5 minutes or longer on the main unit, then plug it back in, to see if this could help?

    I have tried that, but it doesn't help. For what I know there hasn't been any power interruption, it just stopped working while I was watching a movie.

    Hi mbjerke,

    Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried to apply the factory settings of the device by going to AUX mode, then press Volume -, BASS -, and TREBLE - in sequence within three seconds on the remote?

    Hi
    now it works again. But when it is off it says succe in the display. what does that mean?

    It says succe until I turn the soundbar on
