    Q1: How frequently do YOU like to see software upgrades for your new TV?

    With TV's nowadays it is more or less the same as with computers: they need from time to time software updates. We want to hear your voice on how often you would be comfortable with.....

    There are two kinds of upgrades:
    1. If there are bugs, so many upgrades as needed
    2. New features: In this case, Philips decides to incorporate new features to our tvs and we became happy customers , so Philips decides when upgrade our TVs.
