    QM152E_000.005.255.224 for 5500, 6400 and 65x0

    Hello,

    The latest software solves the issues below (Date published: 2017-08-08):

    -Solves "Unfortunately, the Teletext application has stopped working" (Czech)
    -New automatic upgrade feature (not applicable for 6500 range)
    -Channel logo updates

    It looks so pointless update and I even dont know what to say coz I dont have these issues what this update will repair. :P

    can you please fix the sound on 6550 when useing aps or casting sound is very loud when watching tv some channels are very quaiet.. tv should autmaticly balance the volume as ive set it on in sound settings.. thnak you

    Youtube app doesn't play all videos, since updating to the latest software version for both the TV and youtube app

    Why is there no focus at all at solving actual issues in the firmware? There is a long list, but outdated chanel logo's is probably way down at the bottom, as are issues with teletext.

    Developers just are not qualified enough to solve actual bugs. That should not be a surprise for anyone. :P

    -When exactly does the issue happen?
    -What devices are connected to the TV?
    -Is the issue intermittent or happens all the time?
    -If the TV does not play Youtube movies, please tell which ones exactly so we can -check this
    -Do you use Freeview or a set top box?

    Hi Caroline,

    My main issue is that my 40pfk5500 just came back from repairs for the second time and still reboots 10 seconds after switching on the TV from standby (standby should be at least an hour).
    Wifi is also not stable (but that can be solved with a LAN cable.

    Any thoughts on what I should do next?
